Today, my Holy Bible App’s verse of the day is as follows:
“The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising” – Isaiah 60:3 NKJV
So, please correct me if I’m wrong but is this saying that whole geographical sections of people and authorities will all see and come to Jesus and his light? I’m having trouble fully understanding what this means! Thank you for any clarification or input.

John 10:28- "and i give unto them eternal life & they shall perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand".

Understand Isa. 60:3 in light of Acts 9:15.

No.
60:3 וְהָלְכוּ גוֹיִם לְאוֹרֵךְ וּמְלָכִים לְנֹגַהּ זַרְחֵךְ׃
And they shall come (וְהָלְכוּ ) Gentiles (גוֹיִם) to your light (לְאוֹרֵךְ) and kings (וּמְלָכִים) to the brightness of (לְנֹגַהּ) your rising (זַרְחֵךְ).

The Hebrew does not say, “the Gentiles”, but “Gentiles”. So, not geographical sections of Gentiles in toto, but individual Gentiles.
