the interesting thing about the multi-dimensional scaling that I am posting a link for is that it shows that the birth order of noah's sons was preserved in the genetic record. the bible says that Japheth was the eldest brother, that shem was the middle brother and that ham was the youngest brother and their progenies plot from left to right on the MDS. it also says that Japheth's progeny would be enlarged more than shem and ham's progenies and japheth's progeny plots on the left-hand side of the MDS as the largest human family group (southeast asians, east asians, north asians, native americans and oceanians). finally, the bible says that japhethites would "dwell in the tents of shem" and Japheth's progeny plots halfway up on the left-hand side, indicative of the intermarriage that occurred between the progenies of the two brothers early on.
