Ok lets look at what is going on.
Miller has resisted USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Services, food safety laws of general applicability, responsible for ensuring meat and poultry sold commercially is safe, and correctly labeled and packaged.
Miller previously agreed to use a federally inspected slaughterhouse to process his meat but stopped because he objected to its use of antimicrobial citric acid. Miller argues that regulations and inspections make food less safe, not more safe.
In 2015, the FDA found unpasteurized, raw milk produced by Miller’s Farm was responsible for two illnesses and one death. Due to an outbreak strain of Listeria connected the cases.
So does this sound like he is being persecuted for finding a way around Biden policies as states in the video?

My assertion is that all of the lame stream media outlets are indeed dishonest, including Tucker Carlson. Who indeed spun the story to be about how the Biden administration, the wild hyperbole about the chemicals in the milk was uses to punctuate his point.
Biden is a horrible president and true stories are enough to show it.

I grew up on uninspected raw milk, fresh butter, meat and vegetables. We got our vitamin D from the sunshine. Salt and hickory smoke was the only preservatives that we used. We never had any issues with our food.

I have a degree in agriculture, but anyone can look up the following information if they are interested. As someone who was committed to the education of the established corporate agricultural system, I was taught one perspective. I came to other conclusions as I opened the box and peered outside of that enclosure. I'm not taking sides of any political perspective here. This is just my simplified point of view that might shed light on this issue. My statements are not directed to individual meat packing plant vets and other individual employees. Each are individuals, but this is an historical observation of the department. For brevity I will just give the bullet points:
*USDA has never been, nor is it now a servant of public safety
*Although it receives American money to continue it's existence, they are married to the largest agriculture companies. That is who they serve.
*The stipulations that are put upon family farms are sold to us as to protect our health.
They do not care about health. They care about assisting big agriculture to abolish competition from the family farms that used to saturate the fifty states. They have a large army of power that influences worldwide food supplies and markets. All if it is to benefit big agr.
*The story that Tucker broadcast is a miniscule sample of what has happened to an innumerable population of food providers.
*Remember that they control food production. If gardeners were a perceived threat to the corporate profits, they would figure out a way to outlaw or micromanage/ control individual gardener. They have already done this to a large degree in commerce. I believe that that is a very big probability. The fact that China and a handful of billionaires have bought large farmland is no coincidence. They have plans to do something with it, not to our benefit.
That's all there's time for now, but I'll leave you all at our forum with this.
We (me included) need to become less reliant on the "supply chain." Supply chain includes supermarkets. Like anything, baby steps eventually leads to progress. Today is a good day to begin. Once you are proficient and comfortable with the first steps, the rest is achievable.
