It's one of my nephew's birthday and I'm so happy for him. But I have that painache in the heart cause I miss him so. Last I remember him was at 3 doing singing the night I left. It just hit me that he should be 18 now and how big he must have gotten. Last I was able to hear anything from my family was about to finish school and I was amazed how quick he'd hit 14.

I know all things work out to God's plan. I just sometimes let myself get too much ruining on the past. Some days it's like nothing happened and others I have that huge ache to where I can't even barely pray.

Going to be a long day.
 
With God you can get through this be encouraged my sister its going to be just fine don't dwell on those things of the past look toward the future its going to be just fine whatever is burdening you I ask that God will left that burden right now in Jesus name. Happy Birthday to your nephew
 
Oh dear BettyAnn, how I know that feeling! My four grandsons are miles away from me. Even talking on the phone with them does not take away the yearning in my heart to hug them to me and to kiss their faces. Yes... I can understand your pain.

Praise God that they are not on the moon though, ya know? :D That may sound silly, but seriously it helps me to know that it's not impossible to visit them on occasion or have them come visit me. It comforts my heart to know that I can see them again.

I pray in Jesus' name you be comforted by the mercy and grace of the Lord that you have your beloved nephew in your life and that you know he is growing and becoming a man. Glory to God! Pray for him a special birthday prayer, that the Lord would conform your nephew into a godly man filled with the knowledge, perfect peace and love of Christ Jesus.
