Romans 6:6
6 knowing this: that our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Our Lord may lead us to all the truth, through His Holy Spirit. I would be grateful with your approach on a biblical definition for "body of sin". ¿Does it involve only phisical aspects of sin, such as lust or gluttony, or negative desires from the heart too, like envy, anger, arrogance? ¿Can the body of sin be crucified once and for all, or it's a condition we must struggle with for all of our lives? ¿How do we live a life in right standing with God while experiencing the effects of the body of sin in us? ¿Does it connect with the original sin? I understand this is basic dictrine, and I would appreciate your answers.
