28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

So when will Jesus be sitting on the throne of His glory and when will the 12 tribes be judged? Hasnt happened yet.

Regeneration in that passage means something entirely different from regeneration in Titus 3:5 although the same Greek word is used. Context is critical.
