Atheism is coming across like an attention seeking adolescent who wants everyone to pay attention and thinks that everything they say is 100% right and anyone who disagrees is an idiot.

So I now come to this revelation that The Sunday Assembly has managed to make national news that they are holding meetings on a Sunday where people can go along, sing songs, play games, listen to speakers and have general fun, donate money in a collection and have tea and cake afterwards.

Basically they are mimicking church services, obviously they want to have what Christians have but want it without God.

Problem is many Christians seem to be taking offence by this, which is wrong, just let them get on with it, just as a parent you learn to ignore your problem teenager.

Christians, there is no need to attack the Sunday Assembly, they are simply a group of people holding a meeting on a Sunday, if there is an element of mockery, then more fool them, but dont rise to the bait, they want a confrontation if there is that agenda.

Mt. Tabor was the place of transfiguration. Tabor light refers to the uncreated light the uncreated light that shown by the Lord that day as the transfigured Christ. Many early church fathers from the East focused on how we are called to dwell in hi light as referred to in I John 1 because He is light and in him there is no darkness. We are called to be light of the world by the Baptizer of the Holy Ghost and fire through His light not our own works. We are called to be the image of God in Christ so that He may draw men unto Himself through Spirit's working His salvation through us.
