Brussell sprouts cut in 1/2 , 24 ounces(fresh) ,2 c. shredded mozzerella and provolone, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/3c. butter, 1tsp. salt, 1 tsp. black pepper,1 tsp. cayenne,1/4 c. chopped red onion,2 c. of heavy cream,1/4 c. real bacon bits, french onions,cooking spray.
Heat butter in deep skillet.When melted add garlic, then brussell sprouts. Then add salt and pepper and cayenne. Sautee about 10 min. then add onions sautee a few more min. Spray cooking spray in a baking dish(8x8). Then pour brussell sprout mixture in. Add 1 cup of cheese, then pour cream on top. Then add rest of cheese , bacon bits and french onions. Then bake in an oven at 425 degrees for about 20 min.
