I'm only taking your first verse reference because of time constraints...
1 Peter 4:1 (KJV) Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
The 'same mind' is speaking of suffering not sinlessness. Just an example of your lopsy loopy interpretations.
We'll cease from sin AFTER we have suffered the ultimate....death.
It could also be said the context is suffering, and not complaining about that suffering (sin) if we arm ourselves with the mind of Christ, we will endure suffering, and not sin because of suffering. (complain, gripe. get angry, woe is me etc etc)
