Research shows that people who engage in homosexuality experience materially more mental illness than those who do not. Rates of depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobia, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and alcohol and drug dependence were significantly higher in homosexual respondents. The results of choosing to engage in homosexual acts are not "gay."

This,is sad allowing these laws to pass is meant to force acceptance and condition the mind against that which is clearly a sinful lifestyle.Strange to me,it seems meant as a mind conditioning technique.I't is being taught as not a choice that one is gay, but that they are born that way.God says it is unnatural,so then who can say it's not a choice.

It is clearly an abomination. This nation is truly finished. The people running this country have gone mad, they have lost their minds.

Unfortunately artistgirl, opinion has little sway in this state (California). The legislature here has the tendency to enact legislation that seems totally oppositional to any ~moral~ position. The passage of this bill has prompted a ground roots movement to place on the next ballot a proposition invalidating this law. The incentive for enacting this was supposedly to allow transgender individuals to avoid ~bullying~. The reality, this is california, if a male teenager entered a female bathroom - the FEMALES would kick the stuffing out of him. So much for avoidance of bullying, eh ?
AND, there is absolutley no requirement to prove you are a transgender. You need merely SAY you are one.
AND SonInMe - I'm in the central valley so we are looking forward to the coast dropping off from an earthquake then we will all own beachfront property !

well as for me I'm glad the beans,corn,tomatoes and such aren't as confused on the matter as the higher level of the earth,man.,,,it must be a confusing thing to be less intelligent than a bean and not under stand the process of the seed within it's own self,,,,,,,
