I didn't confirm his claim, but I cant say he is wrong either, only he really knows. Your right if I was looking into going to his congregation I would certainly want to confirm. I could have misunderstood your tone, as text doesn't convey tone. I myself would be interested in his doctrine. I do understand with all the people claiming to be "sent" these days, anyone who says this will be jumped on. I really don't get into other peoples teaching personally, I pray and study for myself, so it may be that this kind of thing is a bit irrelevant in my walk, so if I misjudged you I apologize.

No apostle is without the mentoring of another, more mature apostle. Christ may have called him to it, but there is the worldly way and the Biblical way of walking in that calling.
Just because someone says they are a Dr. would you let him/her cut you open? No, you would want to see his/her credentials and know where he/she studied. You would want to know his/her reputation and quality of care. Likewise, anyone that calls themselves an apostle or prophet, evangelist, teacher or pastor, and because there are so many whackos out there, we are justified in asking qualifying questions. It is just to easy to be deceived by zealous people that do not understand the meaning of obedience....they often think they are being obedient when, in fact, they are being very rebellious.
If any person in ministry is offended by being asked such questions, one should know that pride is an issue for them and we need to be cautious.

i live in phoenix and would like to see a church along the lines of Charles Lawson's in NC I believe
 
what i say its not about me or you or any selfish motives but to do whats right we move as a whole or there is no movement but if God be with us then there is no opposition to be done for the greater good for salvation of all , and there is a scripture as written a divided kingdom cannot stand ..
 
I don't understand why Apostles need email.

Couldn't an apostle just go down the street healing everybody?
Seems like that would fill a church pretty fast.

I'm just trying to be practical...
seems like just healing everybody in town would be much simpler and faster than mailing lists.

I'm just trying to help.

but how did you come to be an Apostle?
you'd be the boss, right?

a real Apostle would be the boss of churches - they made decisions and recorded doctrine - and the were divinely inspired.
so if anyone disagreed with you, it would be like going up against Peter or Paul.

the solution to this is really simple.
those offices ceased.
there are no more apostles or prophets.

just reg'lar christians:) following and trying to obey Apostolic doctrine.
we already have lots of that.
 
I am not making this claim to be am apostle but if i was i would expect much opposition now what God reveals to me is not to reveal till i am told to but even unto death i folloW him for i love christ unto death with all my heart body and soul but i only do as I am told to do at the increments i am told to . The ministry is christ alone i pray and fast in lecture of the word and wait for him to tell me , as a servant of christ we only act as directed for we are not higher than God even our Lord Jesus Christ being the same as God even obeyed the Father even unto the cross and continues so to eternity as we all should , so let us be one to the Glory of the Father .

Now what God does who are you to question instead look for the betterment of the future there is much to come much work to be done and there is much division but we only have one boss wich is christ now there are apostles , prophets , evangelist , pastors and last teachers now there.are many today dont believe in the operative as written but are you saying the word is null did the word come out of you only no . The commandments are witten the foundation is laid , a man may build upon it but cannot take away or build deviant to the structure we must be in one accord. And no one is higher than the other but esteeming one another higher than ourselves loving like christ did
 
But the operative at hand is to build up a church teach the word and God leads through thd Holy Spirit that The light of God Shines in the dark to all to see that they may take refuge

My brethren salutations but when God our Elohim is at work there is going to be much opposition but remember as king david said not by my might but by the lord of hosts and also written in another place not by my might or power but by my Spirit said the Lord ....faith is our shield righteousness as our breastplate with truth as our belt and our feet with the gospel that be our steps. And salvation as our helmet and not forget the sword of the spirit ... Be armed and ready for battle...
 
But the ministries objective is to train equip and send out preppared individuals to do the same

will you be receiving direct revelation/instructions from God, then passing those instructions on to the members who join you?

Everyone is entitle to their OWN opinion on the matter

Apostol, if the LORD has called you, it will be a slow and tough start but with much prayer and Evangelism, that church will grow. ;).
Oh please note, it is easier said than done, but since the LORD has prepared you, you will be able to endure till the end and it wont stop in the beginning.. Ie the things of Christ last, and the devil can not defeat them.
 
Yes it is easier said than done my brethren but endurance and faith in prayer and fasting and the constant sanctification in the word and prayer of the spirit because it is God that gives the increase not I , and thank you for those words of encouragement a gifting is coming in your life soon

with instructions; for what exactly?

i know you've said you can't reveal it until it's time kinda thing.
what's the mystery?

if you were really an Apostle, why would you expect much opposition?
i hear this from every modern apostle....being tested or doubted is considered a sign of the anointing.
