our Father is our Creator/Designer , He has known and knows every single creature, critter ever created -
the stars, the sands of the seas, it even says that He knows every star by name and
the number of hairs upon our heads, this has nothing to do with our Salvation, =
we are clearly called-elected-chosen, and we may accept or decline...
we are pre-destined according to His calling, but it is still our CHOICE, no other human-being
can make this choice for us...

i agree, salvation is our personal decision, and noone can make that choice for us, but everyone has a relationship with God at first, as He knit us in our mother's womb.
Like Oldethenew stated, we were made by God who has no beginning or end, he knew us before we were here. We couldn't know him because we were not made yet. God isn't bound by time like we are here on earth so he knows the beginning and the end before the earth was even here. So he was able to know every person and creature before they knew him. It's confusing but it's God and we will never fully understand his power.

Communicating with the dead is called necromancy, as in Deuteronomy 18:10-11

While one could infer that a person could actually talk to dead since it is written in the Bible yet if they could speak then obviously they wouldn't be dead, would they?. LOL
