If one is in Christ he can never be guilty of murder.
Does this mean that a Christian can use the fact that they are a Christian as their defense in a law court?

I always wonder....if serial killers like Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer believed in Jesus and repented before they died....would they have gone to heaven?
As long as they have breath,GOD Is calling but, no one can come to GOD and not be Sincere. So then If they ever sincerely repented then GOD iS just and HE looks at the heart.

Lol, uhhh no. In the eyes of God we are not guilty, yet there are consequences in this life for sure.

See below quote.
If one is in Christ he can never be guilty of murder. He has the imputed righteousness of Christ. The law is no longer against him.
You know, I can remember watching a documentary some years ago. A woman visited a man in prison who had assaulted her.

The man had apparently become a Christian since his arrest. I don't quite remember why she went to see him. I think he was seeking parole. So she met with him to see how rehabilitated he was, and that he would express remorse and apologise.

But do you know the first thing he did when she sat down with him? He opened his Bible and began to read a scripture. I think it was the scripture about forgiving your enemies. Or perhaps it was the scripture that says there is therefore now no condemnation with those that are in Christ :censored:

The woman was furious. He continued reading and she stormed out of the meeting. Not surprising, he did not get parole.

Had he read a scripture such as : Psalm 5:4 "For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee,"
his victim might have been touched. Because now that he has become aware that God hates evil, he is ashamed of his actions and wants to apologise.

When a Christian finds himself in the wrong, he has to humble himself. Luke 12:58-59 When you go with your adversary to the magistrate, make every effort along the way to settle with him, lest he drag you to the judge, the judge deliver you to the officer, and the officer throw you into prison. 59 I tell you, you shall not depart from there till you have paid the very last mite.”

Yep I understand her anger the thing Is Is that love IS fruit of the Spirit and that Is why the man was ashamed,he knew those actions were not done out of love and thinking about the well being of others but It was done to satiate the flesh but him being sorry at least shows a good thing and It’s GODs workmanship when a person has truly been changed made righteous before GOD.He now should renew his mind to the WORD of GOD to match the New creation he has become.

Romans 12:1-2
King James Version

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

You misunderstood what i wrote. The man did not show himself to be ashamed. He wanted to tell the woman that because he is a Christian, he should be set free from the physical prison he is in because of assaulting her. And he was quoting a scripture to "support" his stance.

If abortion is murder, I am in this situation.
I feel guilty about this.

why would i ask?
Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shll ask in prayer, believing,ye shall receive.

so I prayed all human to be saved before

then once I heard a voice in my mind and asked me : can a muder enter into heaven that do away with a witness ?
I didn't answer that question at that time .
I don't know how to answer.
I'm a little confused
I would offer .Satan the spirit of unconverted, unredeemed mankind was a murderer from the beginning. He moved Cain who did not believe in a God not seen in order to murder his brother Abel . Took him out in the field and plowed him under.. . establishing ; "Out of sight out of mind" .The pagan foundation . . .No faith in a God not seen. Abel is the first recorded prophet, apostle and martyr.

If a person is a believer God forgives their sin and rebuks the spirit of error . I am not promoting murder .Anything that is not of faith of God working in us is sin.

The accuser of the brethren (believer) Satan will accuse day and night. He hates all flesh .God forgives all day and night he loves to show mercy and grace .

Which voice will a person believe?

Yes. A person who believe Jesus and trusts in the Atonement He secured on the cross can enter into eternity with the LORD even if they are guilty of having murdered someone.. A Murderer can be forgiven through Jesus..
