The 7th Day Adventist don't believe the Book of Mormon, they don't accept it as an inspired work. So obviously, you can't get classes from them. You'll need to attend a Church of the Latter Day Saints for classes, or you can simply get a free copy of the Book of Mormon and study it yourself. https://www.mormon.org/free-book-of-mormon

Mormonism is a cult that teaches there are many gods. Such beliefs are pagan and not Christian.

Seventh Day Adventism teaches that they are the 'remnant church' and that those who are not Sabbathkeepers are part of the Great Whore of Revelation 17. Therefore, they are a cult and are not Christian. In addition, they teach falsely that Christian must keep the Saturday Sabbath or they are in sin. Their ultimate goal is to make everyone part of their church, so they engage in sheep-stealing, using deceptive advertising which does not identify their affiliation as they know their reputation is bad.

I was part of a cult that believed similar to the Seventh Day Adventists about the Sabbath. I suggest reading this book if you are able to get a copy: "Sabado En Cristo" by Dale Ratzlaff. It is available in Spanish.

Dale Ratzlaff is a former Seventh Day Adventist pastor. I have read the book and it is excellent. It explains the difference between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant well. It helped me a lot as an ex Sabbathkeeper.

Regarding smoking, a Christian does not cease all sins immediately after salvation occurs. He experiences a spiritual rebirth, which replaces his corrupt, sinning nature with a new nature that wants to obey and please God. However, we still struggle with issues. Through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, God helps us to deal with these issues over time.

I know that Seventh Day Adventists strongly condemn those who still struggle with smoking, and they are wrong for doing this. The transforming power of God's spirit works over time. The fact that their prophetess was obese should tell them this but they are blind to it, it seems. It's hilarious how they ignore her zaniness and her lack of good health yet take her seriously in regards to health laws...in addition, they know she ate meat and even oysters yet still proclaim vegetarianism.

Yeah..just a comment to add..SDAs teach that non-Sabbathkeeping Christians are part of the Great Whore of Revelation 17 so I have no issue with calling them a cult. They attempt to proselytize Christians, in addition. Their ultimate goal is to fold the rest of Christianity under their umbrella, as they consider us to be "sheep from another fold" per John 10:16. They market themselves lately as being evangelical Christian, but they are wolves who have come up with more effective sheep's clothing than the other cults have.

You know what is funny though is I live in Missouri and on FOX 5 here on Sunday morning a SDA church in Springfield has a worship study program on at 9 AM called "Revelation made Simple."

I only watched the program a couple times so far, and it was about the 4th time watching he mentioned they were SDA !!!

My first thought was if SDA why are you on Sunday morning ???

Yet listening to him they hold the same beliefs about the anti-christ as the Protestant church does, and that is they believe it to be the RCC and its pope. However the bible by its many descriptions given for this character and his geographical location, the RCC is in the wrong place !!!
