God is all knowing.
Satan's followers have the ability to observe undetected. This gives them an advantage to spy unbeknownst to the person.
However, the only way that we know of, from God's Word, that they can read minds are:
1. Unsaved
2. Those they possess
There are No records of the saved being possessed. Therefore, they cannot read their minds. It might surprise some to discover how much they do know though. Why?
They can observe and learn patterns, temptations, read these posts and listen to conversations. 55 gt agencies can do this electronically and do want to know as much as they can about each and every one of us.
Who do they work for?
It isn't God.

the thing is we have the dominion on earth , what happens is when we serve and do evil and imagine and lust after evil things ect as we partake of forbidden things we let them in , and give them a foothold like a parasite
a crude example is things like pornography that is something Satan inspired in this world and everyone knows it’s an abomination in the sight of God. As a person sits and watches something like this they are letting evil influence and corrupt thier mind and heart and imagination
we are like a vessel and we can be filled up with light or we can be filled up with darkness. Good water or bitter water
each day the things we choose to partake of are of light and dark if we invite demons into our lives through serving sin they actually begin to influence our thinking just as the holy spirit comes into our mind and heart evil spirits do that to if we allow and invite them and partake of thier infleinces in the world
It’s more about influencing thoughts corrupting them as our heart and mknd is corrupted it leads us astray and makes us servants to sin much as what happened in Eden
Satan knows what we have been told by God and is always seeking to corrupt what God said because what we believe whether what God said or what the devil said
is the fruit poison and will kill me like God said ? Or did God lie to Me and the serpent is telling me the truth ?”
that’s our dilemma the world is filled with evil not of God
“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

but the world also has the gospel going throughout this world
our place is to follow the gospel and reject the world and it’s evil influences upon our mind and heart by the weaknesses of the flesh
o don’t know about mknd reading I’d say it’s more like poisoning the good waters in the mind corrupting the mind once a sinful mknd is created in us ues at that point Satan and demons know because they put those thoughts there like a lure and we took the bait
If we’re filled with this mind he definately knows what we’re thinking

they can read your soul status based upon Saved or not. then they can possess you and control your mind.

ever have a thought that seems unnatural like it was implanted that made you consider doing something evil?
they might not be able to read your mind but are able to plant thoughts.
i am not talking about doubt that all of us face at times [which could be implanted thoughts], but talking about talking to someone about God and a thought enters your head to hurt them.

Since from what I read they are not all knowing. They can in a heart beat know if you have faith or not. They have been around from the start and know more about you and me then we know our selfs. They never sleep.
Even with what I said so much is not written so we need to be careful on what we say is fact when its nothing more then really a guess. We notice from the book of beginning's to Rev there is so much He GOD never told us. All we needed to know is we have been given all power and authority over the enemy and greater is He that is in you then he thats in the world. Just somethings if we knew might bring more fear so we don't need to know. Makes sense if you think about it. Satans been defeated..

One night I go to the bathroom and as I got to the living room I see to my right this black yet see through haha thing walking across the living room then out to my left through the wall. Now heres the kicker. I knew what it was thinking I can't tell you how I knew I just new. As it crossed it looked at me and thought "your nothing" and keep walking. Now even then I KNOW I was strong in the faith a MAN OF GOD!
HAHA that next week? That man of God? Yeah left the hall light on all night for a week. Then when you hear take for a grain of salt those that say they died or what ever saw something and say no one spoke they just knew or heard. Yeah it was like that. Personally, I believe folks underestimate the spirit world. It's my personal
opinion that the human mind speaks just as loudly as the human mouth only
we don't have the means thus far to listen in.
The air all around us is saturated with radio, television, and cell phone
signals that cannot be heard with the naked ear but with specialized
equipment, is easily picked up.
We know the brain radiates electrical energy-- I strongly suspect that quite a
bit of that is broadcast energy that with the right kind of receiver can be
picked up and processed to be heard and seen as sound, pictures, and
speech.
If one of us were to travel back in time, say three hundred years, and tell
folks back then about modern communication devices, I've no doubt we'd
be dismissed as lunatics. Nevertheless here we are seeing and hearing
music, speech, and pictures on our cell phones coming from as far away as
Mount Kilimanjaro from whence my son, a few years back, spoke with his
mother and sent her some pictures of his surroundings.
There are purists who feel very strongly that if a concept isn't stated in the
Bible, then the concept is eo ipso untrue. In philosophy, that's called
arguments from silence; which are based upon false premises. In other
words; just because a verse has yet to be found in the Bible clearly stating
the spirit world can hear human thoughts isn't enough evidence to prove
they can't.

In the beginning, Man was on friendly terms with his maker and associated
with God on a meaningful level. Then came the forbidden fruit incident. From
thence, human nature was radically altered and Man and God began drifting
apart.
What happened? Was it the chemistry of the fruit? Was it the hand of God?

modern scientific equipment like CatScan, MRI, Fluoroscope, and X-ray. The
spirit world's stock in trade is deception, and it has had many years of
experience honing its skills and becoming really good at it.
A really fascinating movie came out in 2010 starring Leonardo DiCaprio
called "Inception". His team is in the business of both mining information
and instilling ideas inside people's heads. Though the process is thus far
humanly impossible, I've no reservations whatsoever that the spirit world
has been busy with that kind of activity all along. (Eph 2:1-2)
SETI has tried and tried to communicate with alien civilizations out in space;
and thus far with no luck. Well; there's a world of spirits that's been all
around us every hour of our lives since the moment of our conception that
should science manage to connect with it, I suspect a very large number of
folks would be in danger of an overwhelming psychological reaction; especially
those who deny the spirit world's activity inside peoples heads.
In the espionage trade, the best cover is to convince people you don't exist;
