Can nemesis put an end to the evil?
• Pro 20:30 -> “The stripes that wound purge away evil, and yea, strokes cleanse the innermost parts of one's being.”.
Based only in this verse, we are led to believe that yes. Nevertheless, it is good to recall that only Jesus and His sacrifice for us can purge us from all sin. Then, how can the chastise bring purification? The verse below explains this:
• Pro 19:25 -> “Strike a scoffer, and the simple will learn prudence; reprove a man of understanding, and he will gain knowledge.”.
The fool (wicked) never will be redeemed of their sins, don’t mind how much stripes they receive:
