Hello Microscoped , The Question you posed Can someone be kicked out of heaven has been answered in Revelation 12:12 it is when satan gets booted from heaven literally to perform the role of the antiChrist 2nd Thessalonanians chap2, as you know by scripture to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord 2nd Corinthians 5:8 and that heaven is set up with a gulf or divide in it Luke 16:26 as heaven is described by Christ, people who did not cut the mustard and receive eternal life through baptism in Christ ,wind up on the other side of the Gulf or divide and can see what they missed out on, they must stay there in shame until the great white throne judgement Revelation 20:11,12 , individual souls unless God has a role for them as is the case with satan , normally stay in heaven on the other side of the gulf . Hell does exist but the word translated back to the greek means (Grave) so when someone is told to go to hell,it simply means go to the grave...go figure
