Practically, no, because we have all sinned and deserve condemnation. We need Jesus' sacrifice for our sin. We're called to be perfect though by Christ and to live righteously. We can't slack in this calling as it is made clear in the NT that the unrighteous won't inherit the kingdom of God. What a man sows that shall he reap. The one who sins willfully has no sacrifice for their sin. So while no, we cannot be saved by our own righteousness, because we need Jesus' sacrifice, we are called to repent of our sins and to live righteously in order to inherit salvation. We are justified through faith in Christ, but it is not a license to sin, God will not be mocked, he does not want us to continue in our sins and we will face condemnation if we do, regardless of whether we've believed in Jesus or not. We can't have it both ways.
