Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Let me tell you what that verse says and what it doesn't say.

It doesn't say you CAN'T know.
It was said to specific people (the disciples)
It was said at a specific time (during the Olivet prophecy).
It shows that the Father is the one with the knowledge of the Day and Hour.

I want to dispel this satanic usage of this verse in which it is used to say we CAN'T know.

Now it says the Father is the one that knows. Who does the Father give His knowledge to and how? (think about that very hard for a moment).

God has set the course of redemption through the process of Faith (TRUST).

Who does God Trust?

Consider this verse:

Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Now consider the verse above where bolded. If the Lord says He is coming as a thief in the night upon those that will not know the hour in which He comes if they Don't watch. Therefore, reasoning would be that if your watching then you know when God is coming.

Isn't God going to give those of His the knowledge of the Hour? Consider further:

Mat 24:43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

Read that verse again until you get it - it say if the goodman knows the watch then he would watch.

But let's look at the real proof verses here:

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

So here the disciples are in Jerusalem and awaiting Pentecost and the receipt of the Holy Spirit. They can't know the day or hour because they don't have the Holy Spirit. Only the Father can reveal the time and hour by means of His Spirit. Notice the context of the question they asked and the Answer to that question. They are effectively told that they would know the Time and Seasons in God's Power AFTER they receive the Holy Spirit.

Just because many are wrong about the times and hours, etc.. doesn't mean that it can't be known. Remember it says it would as it was in Noah's day. And Noah knew the time when the floods would come BEFORE they came.

Hope this helps.
The CAN'T know, don't know the hour, left behind and false christs causes fear of being not saved. Needs to be removed. All those false christians are going to get a harsher punishment (for talking about false doctrine on youtube) in the lake of fire for harming the sheep. (God's elect)

Once saved, always saved is great comfort to God's elect. Calvinism needs to be preached before end time prophecies. If you literally read Revelation, it causes great fear.

https://www.gotquestions.org/calvinism.html

Total Depravity - As a result of Adam’s fall, the entire human race is affected; all humanity is dead in trespasses and sins. Man is unable to save himself (Genesis 6:5; Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10-18).

Unconditional Election - Because man is dead in sin, he is unable to initiate a response to God; therefore, in eternity past God elected certain people to salvation. Election and predestination are unconditional; they are not based on man’s response (Romans 8:29-30;9:11; Ephesians 1:4-6, 11-12) because man is unable to respond, nor does he want to.

Limited Atonement - Because God determined that certain ones should be saved as a result of God’s unconditional election, He determined that Christ should die for the elect alone. All whom God has elected and for whom Christ died will be saved (Matthew 1:21; John 10:11; 17:9; Acts 20:28; Romans 8:32; Ephesians 5:25).

Irresistible Grace - Those whom God elected He draws to Himself through irresistible grace. God makes man willing to come to Him. When God calls, man responds (John 6:37, 44; 10:16).

Perseverance of the Saints - The precise ones God has elected and drawn to Himself through the Holy Spirit will persevere in faith. None whom God has elected will be lost; they are eternally secure (John 10:27-29; Romans 8:29-30; Ephesians 1:3-14).

Then the 7th trumpet which is the last trumpet is blown (Revelation 11:15-19, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, 1 Corinthians 15:52, Matthew 24:30-31, Isaiah 11:11-12), Jesus Christ comes and every eye will see him (Revelation 1:7) "7Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen."

There is no secret about the 2nd Coming since the signs are obvious and they would have to ignore a whole bunch of bible verses. They must be spiritually blind and God sent strong delusion on all nonelects.

Before the Real Jesus Christ comes back: Great earthquake that shakes Earth and Heaven, sun shall be turned into darkness, moon into blood, stars shall withdraw their shining, heaven rolled like a scroll, every mountain and island moved out of their places,

Isaiah 13:9-13, Ezekiel 38:19-23, Joel 2:10-11, Joel 2:30-32, Haggai 2:6, 21, Matthew 24:29-34, Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:24-29, Mark 13:31, Acts 2:19-20, Luke 21:25-33 and Hebrews 12:26-28, Revelation 6:12-17, Compare Daniel 7:13-14, 27, Ezekiel 13:13, Revelation 11:15-19, Revelation 16:17-21

Harvest Session=end time harvest.

Isaiah 17:5-7, Joel 3:9-14 and Revelation 14:14-20

Harvest Session will just be like when Noah went to the ark, when Lot and his family left Sodom and Gomorrah , the same thing will happen when Jesus Christ sends his angels to gather his elect.

Heaven will be we rolled together like a scroll:

Isaiah 34:4, Hebrews 1:10-12, Hebrews 12:22-29 and Revelation 6:14-17.

No man knows; is a present imperative. That mean that no man knows, not you, not me. No man knows, so anytime you read it; it is true regardless of when you read it. If I read it now, I can know that no man knows; if I read it again in a thousand years, I can know upon reading it that no man knows the statement is true until he comes then we will know because he will be here at the time. So the only time you will know the hour is hour of his arrival. It's a simple language construct similar to his statement that he is coming again. Until he actually returns and is here plan on it his coming again.
James 3:1 King James Version

3 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. All those nonelects with their demon possessed dreams and visions will receive a harsher punishment in the lake of fire.

We do know the season or the "time" or the "hour" we are living in it and almost everybody knows it. But don't trust anybody who can point to their calendar watch and say the know the day and the hour.

I trust the Lord to stay true to the patterns that the Lord has established, and the Lord established that He made the literal happening happen on the day it was established, so I know the day of the year that the Lord will return. So sue me. I do not know the year, I trust the Lord when I am told that no one knows that. The Lord is truth.

What the first four feasts celebrated came about on the day they were celebrated and that was many long years before they happened. A pattern of the Lord was established, God stays true to His ways, they are eternal and never change.

No way. We will not know. You will not know. No one knows but the Father. All we must do is be ready. Follow Jesus, walk in His way, have faith, trust and rest in Jesus and you'll be ready.

how about just reading the whole of what he’s saying ? Instead of plucking a verse and explaining it as if it’s not explained already

“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

(the lesson for a believer )

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

( the explaination )

For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

( another instruction and warning )

Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

( and finally the inclusion of the believer afterwards)

And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭13:31-37‬ ‭KJV‬‬

no one knows or can know the day and hour but by one who’s read scripture and believes knows this for certain

“But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.”
‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:1-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

it seems as if he’s saying the same thing to everyone they don’t know the day or hour but they do know that it will come suddenly when the world isn’t ready and watching so the doctrinal teaching is that Christina should be watching things according to the things Jesus said about the times and seasons

we can see the world in a tailspin so we know he’s coming soon but the doctrine has always seemed that way by design Paul and the apostles were expecting his return in thier day and many expect him in our day no one can know the time or else Jesus Christ was wrong and that’s not possible
