how come no mattr what i do i cant get into the chat? it wont load and ive tried it from 2 or more comps
 
have you tried updating your internet explorer or firefox to the latest edition?
 
well i cant update things here at the library and at my house my comp cant handle any updates (>.<+) but it works at my sister's house it ish so weird

Do you have the latest flash player / shockwave player installed. Because i thought that is needed to start the chat application. Google it and you will find what you need.
Do you get any errors? Do you have a loading screen? Describe when you get stuck.
 
not at my house but idk about the library.. and i click the link to enter and the loading bar acts like its loading..loading loading loading then it just disappears but the box stays there
 
I never thought I'd be posting here but.... I CAN GET INTO THE CHAT ROOOOOOOOOM!!!!! *sits downs and cries* :( My mozilla foxfire has been acting up so im just using internet explorer... that might be the problem... i hope thats all it is.

Library’s usually have a block function, especially on anything with Flash...

Don't worry about the Library one, you can't download or change anything for it to work.

So, you will need to troubleshoot:

Update Internet Explorer and/or Mozzila Firefox
Update your Flash Versions

If nothing, then:
A) Corrupted Registry Files
B) Spyware/Malware
C) Temporary files & all cache need to be cleaned

For your house computer, why won't it run it? You say it can't handle updates; what does that mean? I suggest you need a service if your computer is slow and laggish.. If you would like some assistance with it, I could always help you with it via team viewer or logmein - remote assistance.
