If you are trying to figure out how to enter chat, on the screen that appears when you've entered your password, select whether or not you want to use cam/voice and the room you want to enter, then click the button beside the room you want to enter.

This is why I've suggested more than once that they change the "CHAT ROOMS" button in the header (not the blue button) so that it doesn't take you to the forums. People click on "Chat Rooms" and it takes you to the forums. I don't think they will ever change it.
