Sorry if I was confusing and wasn't clear when I said a lack of wrinkles and..... I meant to say he has high collagen production. A diet high in proteins like collagen provides what we need for connective tissues.
On the other end of the spectrum, an older friend, yet younger than Ted Nugent, concerned me every time I saw him the past couple years. He was aging rapidly. He was a vegetarian and lacking many nutrients found in adequate amounts in animals, meat and organs, but not in plants. I had hopes that he'd outlive his Dad, but he died 11 years younger.
That was recent, so it's been on my mind.

If I mention something that you aren't familiar with, that's ok, just ask. I teach wherever I go and don't always know the background of those I'm speaking to.

No worries, also sorry about your friend.
I recall it says in the bible that those who only eat vegetables are weaker than those who let’s say eat meat or a balanced diet.

I’ve actually heard many similar stories about those who eat a vegetarian diet, it’s really sad.

I know veggies are great and all but I think our teeth were designed not only to eat veggies but to eat creeping things as well (animals).

Again, sorry for your loss @HealthAndHappiness

The major transformation of wrinkles on his face every time I saw him showed in the skin/connective tissue that his heart was in bad shape.

The Lord took me directly to the following passage when I reflected on this.

1Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils... 3Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 4For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

The New Age religion and 7th Day Adventism influenced him .

@YouOnlyLiveTwice,

I must have accidentally hit post because I was still writing and the box popped up and said I ran out of time.

The New Age religion and 7th Day Adventism influenced him.
The New Age has a lot of vegetarians because it comes largely from Hinduism and promoted a Westernized version.

Seventh Day Adventists follow the false prophetess Ellen White who channelled a demon who told her to promote a plant based, no meat diet to be spiritual.

He had an Adventist pastor in his family who influenced him.
Thank you for your condolences. I appreciate that.

That is very common here in California. I thank God for those who influenced and was a close friend to me, so I wouldn’t fall victim….which I almost did.

I was just wondering earlier if Ted Nugent got a face lift too, so I looked it up.. . He looks too young for his age.
No news on that. That's out of his character.

He's jammed with Jimmy Hendrix and Keith Moon of the Who. At the 30:00 minute mark he talks about his secret to his youthful life.

"They got high and they're all dead.
I went huntin' and I'm still Ted."
😄

Ted on Alex's Show
ted nugent is the only rock star i know that doesn't drink alcohol. when he was 17, he went out drinking with his buddies, came home & his father smelled alcohol on him. his dad made him write n a sheet of paper: "i will not drink alcohol again" or something similar. his dad, i believe, was a career army sergeant.

I didn't know that.
That's a good example of why dads are needed in the home.

That's an age when there are a lot of major temptations and kids are going to establish their course of life.

His dad must have been a hunter too. Do you know the story behind his major interest in hunting?

do not know the story.

my parents made us do that.

not from a parent, but when i was i 4th or 5th grade, the class acted up bad when the teacher left the room for a bit.

we got caught, and were made to write " if you are going to do the crime, then you are going to do the time" 250 times. over a weekend.

so, after 2 or 3 days of writing and counting, we had to line up at the teacher's desk and hand them in one person at a time.

the teacher took each one and ripped them in half without looking at them. did not say a word to us, just did that..

a lesson that has stuck with me for over 40 years..
