In theory a very good thought
but:
- My impression is most chat rooms are not used anyway, so we could just as well have had just two: One for chat and one for study
- Someone would have to actually create all of those rooms, and I think the mods are quite busy as it is

as well as all that i would like a general bible study area as well -- after all, even though i am 61 i really do not mind listening to the issues young ones face. I am not entirely in favour of segregation by age. I prefer to see us all as a community

That would actually be the 'Family Bible Study'.
I'm not crazy on all the age segregation either, but there are always requests for it from the 40+ group. So i imagine one day it will show up. And since there is a Teen room already, we're halfway there to separate age rooms.

Someone who is 40+ could still go into the 'Family' and 'Adult' rooms. Someone who is 20-39 could still go into the 'Family' rooms. The 20+ and 40+ "restrictions" are about giving those people a "place" - "apart from the younger crowd" - where they can have conversation and discussions that they might be interested in talking about at length - that the "younger crowd" just wouldn't be as interested in (especially for any length of time).
I don't believe that this is against anyone at all in any way.
The teens have their own "space" - why shouldn't the 'Adult' and 'Elder' generations also?
I definitely believe "more bible study rooms" is a good thing. This means more bible studies can be had at the same time. And, it even offers a certain amount of "choice":
"Don't want to sit and listen to the topic 'drag on' in the current room? You have at least one more room you can go to (possibly more, depending on your age) - where the topic may be of more interest to you."
I believe that giving the teens their own bible study room could be a very good thing - it "just could possibly" encourage them to spend more of their time in that environment...
