I've seen some threads about men honoring their wives and women honoring your husband. I think both are important.
but remember to cherish each other. Mutual respect, communication and love. Laugh
Together and enjoy each other. Pray together and worship the lord.

Amen. Beside the basic core family unit, God created an extended family as a group to support each other, not to judge each other. God will do that. For in-laws, you and your spouse are now one, so you have an extra parent to support and love you. Parents are given an extra child to love and nurture. It isn't that you must blindly accept your relatives, it is that God selected them. You can select friends, but they aren't God ordained like your family.

You work at getting along and having fun with your friends, work at getting along and having fun with your family. God is love, God gives us ways to live abundantly. Satan is cruelty, satan gives ways to harm others. Don't fall into Satan's trap.
