This story quotes the Food and Agricultural organization, part of the UN as saying the world has six months to avert a major famine.

Of course it would have been better to be given a little more warning as I did with the thread I started a few years ago.

He estimates it will take 50-60 days before our reserves run out.

Also, please note they say the US exports oil. The reality is that we import about 50% more than we export. We are importing oil that we need and the oil we export cannot be used to manufacture the things we need. Prior to the war we were a net importer, but in the last two weeks we have been a net exporter. But those exports are reducing our strategic reserves.

Now I can't see how Trump can back down, this is existential to the US. The war is about the reserve currency, BRICS. If Trump backs down then the Mideast cannot depend on him, BRICS will become a viable reserve currency and the US dollar will see skyrocketing inflation and even hyper inflation.

Likewise I can't see the IRGC backing down now. They know that every day they can keep the straight of Hormuz closed is a victory for them. If the US runs out of strategic reserves in 50 days most other countries will run out much sooner than that. The only way the US can truly open the straight is if they put boots on the ground and I suspect that the minute they do that bodies will be coming home in coffins. Once the ships can start shipping oil again it takes two weeks to deliver and even then it could take months to get the oil wells that have been shut opened and operating again.

Finally, the war has resulted in a lot of damage to the oil infrastructure for Russia, Iran, Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Who knows if or when they can return to full production again.

The oil and food thing is to cripple people because they use chaos to bring about their future system.

The nations probably want a one world government now and using chaos to achieve it.

Or at least the nations that are not Arab although they are probably with it after America was dealing with them for years.

It is probably to get the people of world to want a one world government and cripple them to cause them to accept it for collectively all nations involved could make things better.
