just to share a classic receipe... can serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
you need...
cooking oil
500g chicken breast
400g bacon
2 onions
1 pint/568ml of double cream
3 chicken stock cubes
3 cloves of chopped garlic
parsley
rice or potatoes.
method...
dice your chicken and bacon and put on a medium heat wok with a small amount of oil... till cooked (5-10mins)
finely chop your onions ad chop your garlic put in a frying pan with a bit of oil till sweated out (5 mins)
Add your onions and garlic to the wok and add your cream and put on a low heat to reduce the cream a bit.
add your stock cubes to 100ml of boiling water and dissolve the stock cubes then add to the wok.
chop your parsley and add to wok.
take 30 mins to reduce the chicken supreme and serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
