Honestly, I'm not much into Christian fiction because it's very preachy, and usually hokey or just plain wrong. (Left Behind series comes to mind.)
That said, I know some, but it depends on your definition of "action."
And, if it helps any, since I do write fiction that probably does show there is a Christian behind the writing, (I am not a Christian writer, I am a Christian who writes), I deal with violence the old-fashioned way. Suggest it, instead of vividly show it.
My MC did join a full battlefield battle, but instead of showing the carnage, he had just enough time to notice strategies his side was taking to deal with the enemies, before he was pinned down by the enemy. He can't see himself being bitten, (the enemy was a dog pack), and then he passed out so he missed everything but the ending. (When he woke up, he was being pulled away in a wagon, but still had time to see the outcome of who won and how.)
That's about it, suggest it, instead of show it. Or pick a story that has no violence in it. (Charlotte's Web and Ghetto Cowboy come to mind, but neither are "Christian stories." Still, both have action.)

have you heard of Tim Downs? he's a Christian writer who's written a series called The Bug Man books.
they're probably not as action-y as you're used to, but they're gross. lol
it's about a forensic scientist who analyzes crime scenes and uses insect activity as an aid. you know, like you do.

the author is a nice guy, too. i wrote to tell him how much one of my daughters enjoyed the books, and he wrote me back. more than once.

A good story has to have something wrong, or the story never goes anywhere. Violence is the easiest problem to overcome, which is why so many writers use it. If you want to get away from violence, the first thing to do is analyze what problems you are making for your main character.

Best Christian Action Book I ever read was the Holy Bible!
It is action.......action........action from Page One to the very last..........non-stop action!
I imagine if you put your mind to it you could see how to tone down things by seeing how it is done in Scripture?
Now, Scripture can get pretty violent, but it also can tone down things bunches........Paul did this.

Those are the first two series that popped in my head when writing this. I'll definitly have to look into it.
