Christian music discussion room?

I was wondering if there was any possibility of seeing a Christian music discussion room. I know there's a room for Christian music, but I didn't think it was for discussion threads...or am I wrong?

Hi,

I think Sing room is a good room to. Even when there are ppl singing you can use the room to discuss it.

If you read close, you see she's referring to Forums, not the Chat rooms. Many people make the mistake of confusing 'room' and 'forum' on this site. But you'll see she refers to 'discussion thread'. Thread being a forum term.

Well, the Sticky post in the Music forum indicates its only meant to post music. I've seen discussion threads pop up. Some have been moved out of Music to other areas, while some have been left in Music, so i'm not sure what the official policy is.
 
I don't know either, hence my question. :)

I didn't want to start a discussion in the music room if they were not allowed there.
 
When I first joined CC, I joined a couple chat groups about music, but no one ever chatted in the groups. That policy is easily controlled by the members. If someone would like to start a worship leaders or composers chat group that was chatting, I would be happy to take part.

You're indeed wrong, and like the man said: it's not a 'room,' it's a 'forum.' But hey, we all gotta learn. There's a 'music forum' in place already, where people can post their favorite music. Discussion about music is usually rather pointless (unless you're a professional artist); most people either like what you've posted or don't like it. I don't think it should be a problem if people want to make a few comments on the music posted, though. In conclusion: in my opinion there is no need for a 'Music Discussion FORUM' at all.

Well, EVEN she confused "rooms" (i understand chat room) with FORUM... so sorry for newbie errors and keep going.. GBU
 
I see Newluke is now following me everywhere.... I apologize to everyone for misuse of the terminology. (And yes newluke & any doubters I'm being sincere and if you don't think so why not ask the Lord instead of judging?
 
BTW I want to thank Kenisyes for being civil and not making mindless posts in this THREAD about my (ahem) Music Discussion FORUM suggestion. Thank you being mature and polite.

I should said: Sorry for MY newbie error...I meant it.. as being me myself who didnt understand the difference between Forum and rooms as well..

Didn't you have me on ignore btw? Again thank you very much for that tip. Since you're so bothered about me 'following' you around for some reason, maybe I should just follow your advise now. Seems like a good idea to me. :)

I will still of course monitor you since I often check for trolls and stalkers. You said you were going to ignore me so I suggest you start doing it and stop replying to me and following me around, unless you want to be reported again (and again). Or was that a lie, like in another thread where you claimed you were going to ignore it and then came back for more? Your footprints are showing.

Anyway, no offense, but I've had enough of this. I tried to reason with you, here and by email, but now you leave me no option but to ignore you. I'm really sorry I have to put a sister in Christ on ignore btw. I wish we could have settled this instead.
