Isaiah 41:10 says, Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
As a single Christian, you have unique struggles. You feel the pressure to be pure, yet temptation pulls at every turn. Your heart's desire is to marry a Christian, but you only feel attracted to non-Christians. You feel lonely and have lost hope. God sees your struggle and understands. He wants to help!
The next blog series will address single Christians and their unique challenges. It will include practical advice for people who are in search of a spouse. It will also include an examination of applicable Biblical passages. As a married Christian, I am happy to share mistakes I made when I was single. These are the same mistakes I see other single Christians make all of the time.
Join me over the next week as we explore the challenges of being Christian and single. Before we go any further, let's start with a prayer:
Lord, we pray for the single Christians here on Christian chat. Fill their loneliness with love. Prepare them for their future spouses. Guide them on a holy path to Your will for their lives. In Christ's Name, Amen.
