Over on the thread about women exercising authority over men, one of the posts referenced a site called "Christian Truth Center" and that poster wondered if the OP was referencing it (without citing it as a source).
Well I mosied on over there and I saw that the author and/or creator is Joshua Munguti. Can't tell though if the website is based in Kenya, because there are a lot of Kenyan references.
Has any of you seen the site? If so, what do you think about it? Personally, I think that Joshua has some issues going on, but I can't absolutely say that there is no truth at all over there. That being said, a little truth mixed with a LOT of error is dangerous.
And not to re-hash the women over men thing, but the author asserts that anyone who believes that men & women are equal is deceived by Satan. He cites the passage where Adam calls the female "Woman", because she came from "Man". The "from" part is critical, in that the author says that means that the woman is not equal to the man. However, the NKJV translates the woman as being "a helper comparable to him", him meaning Adam. Whether "comparable" means "equal", I don't know, but apparently I'm a Satanist because I believe men and women to be equal.
Ahhh well, I'll grab some popcorn now.......
