I actually like meatloaf. Well, homemade at least. I like MY meatloaf. I don't like a ton of others.

Okay okay...
A dozen tiny bow tie pastas stuffed with cheese. Not sure where I can get a hypodermic syringe for the cheese injection process though, nor how I would scale the cook time down. Those are details though.
As for bacon loaf... the way I've usually seen it done is with copious amounts of sausage in it too. Always wanted to try it.

You know that hamburger patties are basically flattened meatloaf that's been seasoned differently? Do you dislike spaghetti and meatballs? Most meatball recipes are identical to meatloaf. A standard, Italian-seasoned meatloaf is basically one massive meatball, just loaf-shaped.
It's just meat. Loaf just has to do with shape. I can make a jello loaf, or an ice cream loaf, or a pasta loaf. On occasion, I enjoy making wheatloaf, which is made much like meatloaf, but with ground wheat instead of meat.
I honestly don't like meatballs either... with meatloaf there's something about the smell of the meat that I hate. I've tried many different kinds and I just don't like it. If someone puts chopped onions inside the meat before cooking hamburgers I won't eat it either.... I love meat.. and I love onions... I don't know.. maybe I'm just weird.. lol

It's just meatloaf baked in a jello mold. We like to be creative with our food around here. (We steamed salmon in the dishwasher a couple of times too. It was delish.)
