Church isn't righteousness. Many sinners go to church every Sunday, and some go on Wednesday. Some are in the choir, and some teach children's ministry. Some are pastors and deacons and bishops. Some are offering takers.
Sundays make them feel righteous, and a good dose of music and a few sentimental stories get their flesh feeling sad, and then, the promise of, ''EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OKAY!!!''
Then these offended sinners cry and moan, and Monday is okay, but by Wednesday they are back in their old life. They are not taught to repent of sin, but they are taught, ''It is okay, Jesus died for your sins.''
No. Church isn't righteousness. Church is just a playground, where people go to believe a doctrine and worship a pastor or a singer. Church is not about Jesus, it is about who can look more righteous in Church.
If you want to know righteousness, know Jesus Christ. If you want to know how a real Christian acts, know Jesus. If you want to know the Truth, know Jesus. If you want to know eternal life, know Jesus.
But if you follow Church Christians, you follow vanity. And this is why so many people are offended. Because they follow men and their phylacteries, and not Jesus Christ. You will not be judged by what Pastor... says, but by what Jesus says. Do you want to know the truth? KNOW JESUS!!
