*please note: "all the children of the world" in this verse refers to all the eligable children in the world. this, of course does not include children working in sweatshops to produce low cost garments for the developed world, children forced into child prostitution, or children unable to produce legal documentation to prove their existence. other than those exceptions jesus and his church love them all.

Jesus was born poor, loved many who were poor, thieves, etc.
He died naked in front of his community... on a cross.

True, suffering occurs. But Jesus cared for so many suffering people, including those who persecuted him. And i am in that number. But Christ died out of love, not weakness, but he did die a cruel death.
