Yep, I usually get a white chocolate thingy mabobber with as much extra espresso as I can afford. I don't ever get anything else. I rarely go though and usually just make my own coffee, because I like it stronger than anywhere else makes it....and it beats paying 5 bucks a cup.

Well then, you know what steamed milk is! :) Your drink is made up of espresso, white chocolate, and steamed milk with whipped cream on top. :D
