I think you should have a job on the side... as i doubt it is a reliable income... but except from that, why not? if that is what you really want you should. But do make sure you don't "put all your money" in it

just don't trust fame too much, sooner or later it will go away, no matter how good you are. It's always nice to have a "back up"

I think you should totally go for it. This world is too serious and we all need to laugh. Kilden is right though, it's important to have a backup plan just in case.
