The reason it matters is because truth matters. Flat earthers are not convinced by evidence so clear that a child could understand it. Some also call people liars who disagree with them. Disagreement is one thing. Slanderous accusation is a different matter entirely.

Underground cities have nothing to do with salvation or walking with the Lord so it's meaningless when compared to what really matters.
It's for entertainment purposes for those that find it interesting but in the in the heathens will not be able to escape the wrath of the Lord not matter how far down they dig in to the earth
I actually hunted for the blood moon this morning, but couldn't find it, since it was so low to horizon, and cloudy unfortunately.
