Have You Confessed Your Sins? There’s an App for That.

Only $1.99 and available for Apple and Android! (I checked - Google Play offers it, too.) So for you Law-keepers and Conditional Security types who believe you must confess your sins continually to receive forgiveness (something you have BIG in common with the RCC, by the way), even though this is a Catholic app, you should be able to adapt it to your own belief system!

"Each commandment has its own list of specific sins, and you can highlight your evil deeds like a checklist. If you get creative and can’t seem to find the appropriate sin to mark, you can add your own custom heinous offense.

"The goal of all this sin tracking is to help you make a more succinct confession to your preist [sic]. If you sin frequently, it will be nice to have a handy-dandy list available when you’re in the confessional [or in your prayer closet under your tallit]."

Nope, not a joke: Have You Confessed Your Sins? There’s an App for That.

for an insider look at what actually has happened for centuries inside the 'confessional' - (it is an abomination) - see fifty years in the church of rome by chiniqouy, or the catholic chronicles by keith green (if you can find them)....

it is written in Scripture "without repentance there is no remission of sin"

NOT "without confession...." ESPECIALLY NOT "without confessional!!!"

yes, there is a time and place, maybe daily for confession to God and to ekklesia, but NEVER to a priest.no, NEVER. it is an abomination used powerfully against those who partake of it, for perverse and wicked purposes.

hint hint..... that's part of why rcc is heresy, and not part of the body of Christ on earth. check out the bloody history ever since they started !

1 Timothy 2:5, "For One is Yahweh; and One Mediator between Yahweh and men: the Man, Yahshua Messiah."

wow so i thought it was a joke...

satan/the eye is trying to know all....

If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I'll just be confessing to Jesus/God thank you.

This sounds so familiar.......

"You should know: whoever has confessed and is contrite and put alms into the box, as his confessor counsels him, will have all of his sins forgiven, and even after confession and after the jubilee year will acquire an indulgence on every day that he visits the cross and the altars, as if her were visiting the seven altars in the Church of St. Peter, where the perfect indulgence is granted. So why are you standing about idly? Run, all of you, for the salvation of your souls . . . Do you not hear the voices of your dead parents and other people, screaming and saying: "`Have pity on me, have pity on me . . . for the hand of God has touched me' (Job 19:21)? We are suffering severe punishments and pain [in purgatory], from which you could rescue us with a few alms, if only you would." Open you ears, because the father is calling to the son and the mother to the daughter."

"How much did this indulgence cost? It depended on one's station in life. Kings and Queens: 25 gulden; high counts and prelates: 10 gulden; low counts and prelates: 6 gulden; merchants and townspeople: 3 gulden; artisans: 1 gulden; others: .5 gulden; the indigent were to fast and pray."

Oh my gosh . . . I thought you were kidding but it's there!

To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:19

impute, imputing: logizomai - to reckon, count, compute, calculate, count over; to take into account, to make an account of; metaph. to pass to one's account, to impute; a thing is reckoned as or to be something, i.e. as availing for or equivalent to something, as having the like force and weight; to number among, reckon with; to reckon or account; to reckon inward, count up or weigh the reasons, to deliberate; by reckoning up all the reasons, to gather or infer; to consider, take into account, weigh, meditate on; to suppose, deem, judge; to determine, purpose, decide

It still gave me some comic relief . . . :)
