confused about message

I am very new here... this morning I tried to sign into the chatroom ... and a web message appeared...
it looked like this.... ! <=600 and I was not able to get to the chatroom... Does this simply mean the chatroom is full ??

That happens rather often here. We usually blame it on the minkey.. :o lol
 
Well... I have tried for the last hour to enter the chatroom and that message pops up and denies me entrance... Just wondered what that message means.....
 
It's been two hours and I still can't get into the chat room.... I was looking forward to that..... I am so not savvy when it comes to computers.... I keep getting a small message box appear.. a web message... it has a yellow ! and the words say
<=600... Have no idea what that means... but this message is not allowing me to enter the chat lounge....

Hmm, the server might be acting up. It does that alot. Or RoboOp (site owner) may be updating something..
 
I didn't have any issues this AM....try rebooting your computer

What kind of device are you using? Phone or tablet? Laptop or tower/desktop PC? Windows or Mac computer?
 
I am using a lap top.... Have no idea what that message meant... but the problem did resolve itself after several hours....
sadly when something interrupts my normal .. non-issue usage of my computer I get stuck at the smallest of things... but it is all good.. thank you for trying to help.... Bless you
