Regarding the Conspiracy Theories ~
I am totally blown away by the Conspiracy Theory.
I was believing it possible but today I heard a lady
for 2 hours teach against it. Well known men who
teach it on YouTube, and write books about it.

I want to do what is right and I don't want to get
too deep into the 'super natural.' What is called
alien and nephillans, I think of as demons. This
lady has been into the "New Age " in past and she
does recognize the things that are not of God.

That hit home with me because I do believe in
some strange events and have posted as much on
here. But I don't want to take away from Christ.

It occurred to me when we listen to teachings on
aliens, and Nephillans being giants having come
down to cohabit with women being the cause of
the giants, are we taking away our focus on Christ?

I do not know the ladies name but her web
page is herescope.net. I need to check this out.
I think there are so many things we all have wondered
about. Our dreams, visions, etc. I know there is a
reason for them because God told us we would have
these things. However, we have to be cautious it
is God and not satan.

We are living in a day of 'deception.' May our
Lord help us to see the truth to Glorify Him.
He is coming back. Only God knows when ~

There are all sorts of conspiracy theories. They are fed by human nature. One of the conspiracy theories related to JFK's assassination.; for many people it is easier to believe that a conspiracy was responsible than one mediocre 24 year old.

Oh I was alive and married when JFK was assassinated. This is not the conspiracy I am
talking about. I am going to go to the woman's page and see more about her. I think if
is a matter of " I believe, You believe, They believe, "

It was one thing to know the enemy is slipping into the Church and deceive through
Rick Warren. Now hearing these names that were being exposed today, well, I just
need God to give me my answer and He will. I know that much about my Lord. His
Holy Spirit usually lets me know if I begin to hear a teaching, I feel unsettled in my
spirit and I know this is NOT of God.

As matter of fact one man I have had great news from on what is prophetic, was
on Sid Roth. As much as I like Sid Roth..... I don't always agree with the depth
he gets into when it comes to supernatural. Now it makes me more cautious about
the person I have felt is good at keeping up with the World events.

Simple answer to this .....Gods Word holds the answers ~ Thanks.~

People will more easily believe a lie than the truth, yes.

I don't think conspiracy theories in itself is a bad thing. It is based on those who are asking questions and seeking out the truth in areas that don't make much since. Even the bible tells us to question all things, not to take things at face value. It is up to us to watch and listen to what one says and then seek out the truth with facts. So should we question things, yes.

Well, it depends whether what are being contemplated are really facts. Emotion and prejudice can so often distort reality.

That is true, that is why we now are to question what they have come up with. For example if some one was not well educated in the bible, and a man came up to him and brought him into his church to here him preach. But that church twist the words the man would be fooled to believe what he heard was truth. The bible says even satan knows the scriptures, and will fool the elect. So if we are to take the governments, media, or any individuals word for it with out questioning it and pointing out things that don't make since. Then we will just believe everything that is said. We all know government is untrustworthy, the media is told what they can report now, and individuals in general are able to lie and can easily be bought off.

This we do need to be careful of and it is not a conspiracy...

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
(1Ti 4:1)

In which case, we need to be well grounded in the Word, lest newspaper exegesis and CNN presuppositions cloud our spiritual understanding.

Blessings.

I'm somewhat interested in them (I've personally traced everything back as far as I think it can be and identified as many conspirators as I think is possible so there's little need for me to study it further). There's no need in obsessing over them though. We all know that Satan is ultimately responsible for the evil plots against man, we know where it's heading (Revelation), and we know God is victorious as always. It's really nothing to worry about in the grand scheme of things.

Frankly, it really is a chore if you want to practice due diligence when you are researching conspiracy. Some of the things that are claimed by" theorists" can be 100% proven and verified, but for every one fact....there are 5 that have no basis in reality, and then you have a list of things that are probable but not provable. Definitely don't believe everything you hear just because someone said it. I don't think it takes the focus of Christ to look into it if it's something your interested in, but there is no profit in obsessing over them or being afraid because of what you learn. If God is for us, who can be against us?

Having been in the occult and learning the subtle way satan works... knowing
Gods Word, I have discernment, and my spirit will say.... uh uh.....this does not
feel right. I know we aren't taking away from Jesus. I think I was more concerned
the amount of time spent to prove the conspiracy theories, as you said, than we
spend with Jesus. I think they go hand in hand.... Yet, I pray for the Lord to lead
me into all truth. No matter how old I am, I find I am learning something new
every day. No matter the years spent in the Word and reading teachers.... The
point I think I am making is.... All I learned from the 70's up until now is like
mixed in a bit pot and mixed together..... I pray for wisdom and I love the Lord
more every day. I can't wait for His return . ~ J~ K~2

I don't think we should be concerned about conspiracy theories that are out there somewhere, I think every single one of us needs to work just as hard as we can where we are.

For instance demon possession has increased by an estimated 70% since 1970. Few people are actually possessed, but demon power is increasing to influence more and more people. The idea of protecting our children's minds is laughed at and little babies are set before a television screen as if they had no minds that records. I suggested to the high school where my kids went that they were authorizing books that glamorized immorality. I was scorned and laughed at and told it was wrong to protect developing minds. Just LOOK at the movies our children are going to, and we are going to. Demons take root through acceptance of sin, each person today needs to understand how demons work.

Look at our churches stand on what they accept as OK behavior. They use God's word to fight His word. God is love is used to accept sin. Our gift of the Holy Spirit is used to say law is cancelled. Almost immediately after Christ men decided any holiday God spoke of was out, and they would make their own. Anyone who honors any spoken of in scripture are called cultist.

Check on how any church member thinks of his car, his home, his entertainment and whether it relates to Christ. Very few think of their bodies as temples, or their homes as dedicated to God for His work. Cars are status symbols, not transportation.

How many of you keep in mind that government must not legislate things that belong to God, such as morality. Several in my bible class voted for Obama!! altho several of us worked hard as we could to stop it.

We must all work, and work hard, but it is in our own back yards we are needed.
