Hey I like the map cool indeed, I've seen a few my self, it seems the old village of genessaret was between capernium and Bethsaida, indeed all three gospels mentioning having trouble with a storm though none say exactly what happen rather they went off coarse, but if they did I'd assume if Jesus wanted them to go to Bethsaida in the first place they would have got back into the boat and went there, nothing really is affirmative about that why. In the gospel of John the trip across the lake didn't take a turn, its statement they set off for capernium and landed in capernium so there no going off coarse in that account.
Mark well that's a whole nother story, it appears as if they may have gone off coarse because he says Jesus had the deciples get into the boat and head for Bethsaida but wound up at genessaret, though that's when Mark decides to go into crunch mode for what ever reason. Reading mark once they landed people recognized Jesus, then where ever he was people came to him and he went from village to towns and to the country side and even people brung the sick into the market places, how he writes it is interesting just goes from landing to some general statement of traveling all about.
some interesting things about the walk about.
walking on the water he walks up to the boat and climbs in.
Walking on the water beside the boat and almost past them walking by then they got their eyes off the storm and they saw him. Then he gets into the boat.
Walking on the water he came to the boat but stayed a bit away from it and then called Peter to walk to him where he was on the water. Is says Peter started to sink, yea ok, he sunk quick like falling into the water, Jesus helps him into the boat and they both get into the boat.
