Say what? All they have to do is claim the federal reserve made a bunch of extra money from higher interest rates and they are flush with cash now

Diddy and SBF, both major Democrat Party operatives.
The account of Gideon (I think?) just comes to mind, when the enemy camp tore themselves apart...
Though that they did, in either case, does seem to 'make no sense,' at least naturally, doesn't it? You're obedient, aren't you? What if you happen to be all that counts, as Gideon was, only one man. That was because Gideon and his men were in right standing with the Lord and being obedient.
The US is not being obedient so this time around the enemy will not be self destructing.

Back then they actually were "bucks".About $35 bucks.
Can you imagine what gold would be worth if Social Security put the investment into gold? Do you realize that if you look at the Dow Jones Industrial index when Nixon took us off the gold standard there is only one company that was on it then and is still on it now (all the others fell away). So if you had simply invested in Proctor and Gamble you would have done very well, much better than most. If you compare gold with Proctor and Gamble it seems relatively even, maybe a slight nod to gold. However, if you had bought gold there is no tax on spending it, if you held P&G for fifty years and then sold it you have to pay long term capital gains tax! Once you take that into account gold crushes all other choices you had 50 years ago.Gold has gone up more in the past 8 hrs than it was worth in dollars when Richard Nixon took us off the Gold standard.
About $35 bucks.
The horse has left the barn.....
Everybody who wants to know knows that it has never been "higher than this before". Ever.Wasn't it higher than this before?
Keep in mind:Looks like the horse took a dump on the gold and it want down
Wasn't it higher than this before?
If Biden is as bad as you claim he is, then Trump should be supported instead?
You're using an either or fallacy to defend the indefensible.

Inflation adjusted 1980 was higher factoring inflation. Theoretically.
