Trump Bond Reduced To $175 Million At 11th Hour
Trump claimed he would have to sell properties in a "fire sale" to raise cash.
Had the court denied Trump's request, and he had failed to obtain the full bond amount, Trump was at risk of losing his bank accounts, followed by some of his properties.
His attorneys had asked the appeals court to either waive the bond requirement or reduce it, arguing that the $464 million judgement against Trump and his family was likely to be overturned on appeal.
In the Monday decision, the appeals court also stayed Engoron's ruling barring Trump from serving as an officer or director of a NY company for three years, and which had barred Trump and his corporate defendants from applying for loans from New York lenders over the same period.
The new order also stayed Engoron's order barring Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump from serving as officers and directors of New York companies for two years.
Trump has 10 days to post the bond.

He claims he's worth what, $6 or $8 billion dollars?
You'd think he's take some of his equity out in cash and have a half billion in cash on hand at least.
Warren buffet and them keep cash on hand to be ready to buy up companies when they see a good opportunity.

But Trump should not be posting any bond or paying any fines whatsoever. Zero Hedge had a poll asking people to say if all charges against Trump should be dropped. 88% of the respondents said "Yes" since all charges against Trump are bogus political attacks. The whole world knows this, as do his enemies. But they weaponized the justice system, the DOJ and the FBI not only against Trump but against all citizens who reject Communism. the federal government has gone to war against the people of America.
Letitia James, Fani Willis and judge Engoron (among many others) are the ones who should be behind bars for a criminal conspiracy.

I thought we had the Biden's with the diamond that was given to Hunter Biden from the Russians, but unfortunately James Biden threw it away. Darn, so close. There is a second diamond that Hunter got but he lost it, oh well.
Also it turns out the text messages, emails, phone calls, eyewitness accounts, apparently that is all Russian disinformation. I guess nothing to see here.
Also all the evidence of criminal behavior by Hunter on his laptop, that is simply a troubled soul, how terrible are these nasty Republicans for trying to go after a person struggling with addictions with drugs and sex, for all we know he was abused as a child, have you no shame!
Also these people who are saying "rules for me but not for thee", you don't know what you are talking about, you are only supposed to use that about Donald Trump, not the Bidens.
