'Trump Will Receive A Fair And Impartial Trial,' Says Judge As Construction Crew Builds Gallows Outside Courtroom
BUSINESS·Apr 24, 2024

NEW YORK — Judge Juan Manuel Merchan was reassuring the public that former President Trump would receive a fair trial when he was interrupted by the sound of construction crews assembling giant gallows outside the courthouse.
"I feel like there may be just a hint of bias here," said local citizen Dan Gould as he watched the crew prepare for a public hanging. "Maybe I'm wrong, but already having a noose with Trump's name on it doesn't seem totally impartial."
Judge Merchan, wearing a robe with a hood suspiciously reminiscent of a hangman, dismissed the objections, insisting that the gallows were merely a decorative touch to shake up the courthouse ambiance. "Oh, don't mind those," chuckled Judge Merchan. "Those gallows, the stocks, and the big sign saying 'Trump Goes Here' are just for looks. This is a completely legitimate, fair trial we are conducting."

According to courtroom sources, Trump's legal team objected to the construction, but to no avail. "Your honor, you literally just had a hangman measure my client's neck to see what size noose he needed," said lead lawyer Ronald Arbuckle. "The prosecution has only called a single witness. Also, we don't hang people in this country. Doesn't this violate at least a few dozen laws?"
At publishing time, Trump's legal team objected once again as the court wheeled in a massive scale to weigh Trump against a duck to see if he was a witch.

in new york, trump gets massive support.
New Yorkers are finally waking up to the destruction of New York and the destruction of purchasing power, and many other things.

They see Trump as the only one who can stop the destruction and deport all the illegals. And he had better be very serious about that promise. He will need to clean house before he can deal with any issues. The Deep State is presently in control. Mass firings will be necessary (which never happened in his first presidency).

Four more years. Brought to you by deceived people who are under the control of every evil spirit the devil has currently available.

God have mercy on this country. I do know that the devil always tries to get the jump on God....witness all the babies killed when Herod hoped he had killed the promised one; witness the delight at Jesus crucifixion, witness Hitler trying to eradicate all the Jews from the face of the earth and so on.

If we do get another 4 years of whoever is really running the country, then it may indeed be too late to save it. As it is, any change for the better, will only be a reprieve. I might make plans to leave. I do have that option.

Blame the guys who were paid to chant 4 more years, they missed their cue, they were supposed to start chanting before Biden had a chance to say pause to drown him out. They need to be better trained going forward.

I think they could eliminate these videos if they simply did Deep Fake Biden rallies. The problem they are having is these childish journalists who think it is funny to expose him publicly. But to be fair it is really the fault of the SCOTUS which appears to still be supporting the US constitution and the rule of law. If they would give a clear signal that this was no longer the case that would put the fear of the DS into these journalists.

The underlying reason for this is all the things they have done to put a stop to election fraud. That is the root cause to these judges still standing for the rule of law. I think their attempt to weaponize lawfare is falling just short, so close, too bad.

I was stunned to hear Sotamayor compare a governor being given immunity from prosecution for official acts but presidents not being given immunity. The president is over the DOJ, that is why they are different from a governor. The idea was not that a president might not be criminal, but rather you have to remove them from office by impeachment first before you could have the DOJ prosecute them. It seems like the judges have already determined that you can't prosecute a president for the things they do officially as president and if you remove those things from the prosecution everything else collapses because by definition politicians are given bribes to then influence their official actions. Hence, the founding fathers realized you have to first impeach the president and then you can prosecute them. It makes you think these prosecutors and at least one of these supreme court justices are a bunch of idiots.

Think of how stupid this trial is at the Supreme court. If the president is not immune to criminal prosecution think about the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. How many Americans would have been able to bring criminal charges against Joe Biden, how many civil lawsuits? Also, why limit this to Americans? Why couldn't anyone harmed by a drone strike bring a criminal and or civil lawsuit against the president. How is the president supposed to govern the country if he must spend half of his time consulting with lawyers, giving testimony in various trials, etc. Also how do you prosecute someone who can have all the evidence classified so that it cannot be used in court?

Well, to start with what do the Biden supporters think about his criminal behavior and about him being unfit as a leader?
So instead of acknowledging that Trump's character flaws and criminal behavior make him unfit for running for office, his advocates point the finger at his opponents instead. If a pastor was caught cheating on his wife, could he or a member of his congregation say that he should be not criticized very much because an Imam or a Mormon preacher in his town has multiple wives? When a teenager gets caught using drugs, drinking or engaging in premarital sex, can he say to his parents he shouldn't be disciplined because most other kids/teenagers engage in these behaviors?
This seems to be the mindset of those in this thread who vehemently defend Trump.

OK, well Biden was caught cheating on his wife. Jill was the nanny. Do your homework. Besides comparing presidential candidates to pastors of a church is hypocritical in a hundred different ways. The US is supposed to be non secular, so you are comparing apples with tire irons.

It’s always the same thing with the Trump supporters. For every crime Trump commits they make up a crime committed by someone else which is way worse.
