I don't intend to vote for Trump but I think he stands a good chance of winning. Imagine The clown show America is going to look like to the rest of the world with a convicted felon as president
He should be in jail alone just on tax fraud. Anyone else who defrauded a state for $300 million in taxes would be under the jail
Well.....I guess your choice will be the convicted petty felon who did not have the right connections vs the un-convicted big time felon who is so well connected that he will never be.

i do not believe the facts support your statement.

30% of NY are not rejecting democracy and constitutional law in favor of fascism, threatening to treasonously overthrow their government based on the unsubstantiated word of a charismatic, unrepentant, serial liar and convicted felon.
I love ya posty, but you are smarter than this. What happened in that New York courtroom was a political hit job. If you can't step back and see how the New York criminal justice system just turned jurisprudence on its head head, you are either ignorant of the facts or sanctioning illegal behavior.
I'll be glad to share with you the illegal actions of the DA. I'll also be glad to go through with you the actions of the judge that are cause for the verdict to be thrown out on appeal. And it will be overturned on appeal.
This court case is actually an example of election interference. These charges were brought for 1 reason only: to attempt to influence the 2024 Presidential election. I'm surprised you don't understand this.
Personally, I'm not bothered by this. More and more Americans are waking up to the fact of what the left is up to. For a long time it's been easy to know what the left has been up to...whatever they are accusing the right of doing. But I'm surprised that you don't see it. Not sure what transpired in your past that causes you such vitriol against conservatives, but this country crossed a line yesterday that it may never recover from. When liberals DA's and judges can rig court outcomes against political foes, we have become a fascist nation. New York has already become a fascist state. When they stop coming after their political enemies, the next group in line is parents of school children and Christians. What you gonna do when they come for you?

I don't really think it has turned jurisprudence on its head.

The legal implication is that the party in power can use the justice system for political ends.

Some aren't. Trump himself isn't really that political or conservative. He just does what he thinks is best for the country.
Trump is a opportunist in some areas and in other areas he has some self-serving principles which actually are principles which line up with what is in the best interest of the country.

Trump's strongest positive attribute is his fearlessness and his willingness to call out things which are wrong/corrupt and I will say I am impressed by it on occasion went it is rightly applied.

Magog has nothing to do with America.

We will be busy pretending to be Christian and killing our neighbors, giving gifts to the rich and mistreating out immigrants.

We will complain (we are really good at that) but not lift a finger - we will be as good as buddy buddy with Russia and Turkey and Iran. We will lift their sanctions and ad much as hand Israel over to them.

"Israel doesn't pay us enough" we will say lol??
USA will never, ever hand over Israel, I am beginning to think you have some kind of alternate reality going on.

Everything you are complaining about is not conservatism.

Yes, the weaponization of the justice system. It's not only on its head, it's doing backflips.

The most important trial in modern history and no cameras allowed in the court room.
Judge disallowed expert testimony for the defense, but a porn star and a known perjurist were allowed to testify.
Oral instructions on how to determine guilt not based in fact or reality.

The list goes on and is very very long.

A Soviet style showtrial. And every lawyer in the country knows it.
Same goes for the civil fraud trial. Pure bunk that did not pass the test of liability in any legit legal sense.

What expert witness was not allowed?

I am not disputing this at all, jurisprudence concerns the philosophy of law, the theory of law.

If this Trump case has the ability to put jurisprudence on it head, to me, that makes it sound like years of jurisprudence/ precedence have been thrown out the window in all areas of law, I really do not think the USA is at that point.

“Release The Names” – Report Into Congress Settlements Resurfaces
13 Comments / By Shay Bottomley / May 31, 2024

The story from CNN focuses on a report released by the Office of Compliance, effectively revealing that, from 1997 to 2017, Congress paid out more than $17 million in settlements.

There have been over 268 settlements across the 20-year period, all of which came from taxpayers’ money through a special fund within the U.S. Treasury. This was made possible by the passing of the Congressional Accountability Act in 1995.

While it was unclear as to how much of the $17million was for sexual harassment-related settlements due to the complex reporting system within the Office of Compliance, a source familiar with the process told the network that more than two-fifths of harassment claims are settled after mediation.

I do not advocate domestic terrorism and I remain un-brainwashed by the lies of the right wing propaganda machine.
Great.
Have no idea what that has to do with my post and the fascist democrats though.

Have you ever asked how it came to be that 98% of radio is right wing hate speech?
Have you ever asked how it came to be that 99.9% of the mainstream media news, print, TV, and internet is satanic leftist democrat hate speech?

But to answer this question directly, the left tried literally like the devil to compete with the honest, what YOU would call “right wing “ radio but utterly failed.

The reason is simple. The ideas and agenda of the left are so blatantly evil, stupid, and easily refuted, that they couldn’t take callers who made them look like the buffoons they are.

So how did it happen that our "Christian News" forum became also vast majority right-wing hate speech?

When's the last time the name of Christ was lifted up in this forum?

This is just another outlet for the propaganda of a machine built to exchange hatred and lies for money.
They feed you trash and get advertising dollars, and then you repeat it here for free, feeding the beast.

It's sick.
Your hypocrisy is beyond staggering. I honestly wonder how dudes like you can live with yourself.

Can we all just give the Lord thanks for this ruling that all the things that are done in secret in the inner chamber will now be shouted from the housetop?

Just because the big show tells us we have to vote for one of two very bad choices doesn't mean we have to.

Write someone in. Vote third party. There is always an alternative to supporting evil.
