Oof. Nice hit by Kalama telling Trump "People are playing you by stroking your ego".

At the first break my impression is Kamala doesn't really answer any of the questions directly and she takes no responsibility for the pretty dismal Biden-Harris adminsitration's record. She makes no firm commitments and no firm stance on anything. This I think will play against her since most people don't know anything about her and this is going to be their first exposure to her. Everyone that knows about her already hates her. On the Trump side of things I am kinda surprised Trump hasn't really gone on the offense, though it seems that ABC is helping Kamala by keeping Trump on defense. Yet Trump is doing very good on defense, very strong, but nothing really new that we didn't know already. I like how Kamala tried to allege the Russia hoax and Trump pointed out that actually its under her administration that Russia has been emboldened to act aggressively and that Putin even endorsed her.

Kalama is continuing her attacks by saying "You invited sub-humans (the Taliban) to Camp David, which is a holy place and you ruined it by inviting these people there".

Oh and part 2 starts strong with Trump showing how absolutely dangerous the democrats are on foreign policy. I'm surprised Kamala was foolish enough to walk right into that one. Trump lands solid blows pointing out she was the special emissary that was sent to stop Putin's invasion of Ukraine and she actually enabled Russia. Kamala foolishly reminds us how she surrendered in disgrace to the Taliban and gave them billions of dollars worth of equipment.

I agree she's really not doing well. if she was running against anyone else, she would be out of bounds!😵

It's pretty bad that the moderators are clearly helping her and she is still flopping hard. It's just part of her character for those that have known about her for years; she's manipulative and weak she doesn't really stand for anything, she'll say whatever she thinks will get her power.

Big closing statement by Trump essentially saying "Why haven't you done anything but you just keep yapping?".

Conclusion: Trump is gonna win.

Final thought is Trump was more defensive, perhaps due to the moderators, helping Kamala, but still he did very good with that simply telling the truth about what we already know. Kamala really did horribly, not only because she repeated a bunch of lies that we already know are lies which we expected from her, but she had to establish herself and she just really didn't. Kamala couldn't take responsibility for any of the serious problems that the democrats have caused, and she took no firm stance on anything. Even the issue of abortion which has been up to this point the main issue she makes a stand on I was very surprised to see her back down and not even stand firmly on even that.

After tonight the choice is clearer than ever. Strong future under Trump, corruption and weakness under Kamala. Trump is the clear winner of the debate, and the only leadership material in the race. As Trump pointed out rightly in his closing statements, if they wanted to do anything of their vague promises, how come they just don't do it? The democrats don't take responsibility for the problems that they caused both domestically and in foreign policy, and they are not even serious about fixing America, they just want to continue their system of corruption.

My first morning thought after the debate is while it wasn't the burning of the witch that we had hoped for, the way Trump handled a solid defense even against ABC itself shows how he is the stable leader that we can be confident in knowing what he will do. However the main attraction really was Kamala since it was her first debate and really Kamala did horribly, I think the democrats are just happy that they didn't have a total meltdown like with Biden. If you watch it as a true independent though Kamala did horrible, even when the moderators you could tell were trying to purposefully give her an underhand softball pitch to distinguish herself from Biden or to try to affirm her leftwing base on her stance on abortion she wouldn't commit to anything and totally fumbled around. She showed no defining vision forward, no real stance on anything. She couldn't even defend a single bit of her record or her flip flopping besides to say turn the page. She's fake and spineless, she stands for nothing and needs to be treated with kid gloves and needs to be helped.

She really lost the debate the minute she attempted to attack Trump on Russia though. Trump geniusly pointed out not only is it just her administration that is so weak that it emboldened Putin, but that in fact she is the direct envoy which was sent to try to stop Putin and she failed, and she even tried to brag about this. It is clear from her lies about Trump and her own real dealings with the Russians that Kamala is the candidate that is uncertain and dangerous, unelected by the people and foisted into our faces in a total mockery of democracy. She can't even handle a debate where her hand gets held for her, it is easy to see how she couldn't handle Putin 2 years ago and she can't handle him now. She's already a spent used up shell. she will never be able to regain a respect in foreign policy ever again and it is a certain danger to put her in the position of President knowing that she is already compromised by Putin. It is not just uncertain and reckless to vote for Kamala, but it is even very dangerous to allow her to be President.

At the same time there is a clear choice in the alternative here, Trump in his stellar defense showed simultaneously he can handle the worst and most wicked people of this world and stay strong and solid and stable. Trump's first term was indeed like he said with truth a good time of economic prosperity and a time of sane stable foreign policy. Trump showed we know what we're getting, and we know that America will certainly get the positive change we want. So the choice gets clearer and the side for the blessing and the side for the curse get more clear and distinct, there can be no excuses for America before the throne of God after this. You know you're picking the curse if you pick Kamala and you know you're picking the blessing if you pick Trump.

The only choice is do we want democracy or dictatorship. I don't like abortion or the transgender stuff, but what I like even less is the government enforcing morality on us. Let's say Trump and the Republicans get into power and they torch the constitution. Who is to say the next bunch who get into power aren't so friendly to Christian values. What's to stop them from imposing their will on us? I'm surprised that Republicans, who claim to want smaller government and less governmental intrusion into our lives, can't understand a vote for Trump means more governmental intrusion, not less.

The genius of the founders was to set up a democracy that would have safeguards against tyranny built into it. They wanted government to stay out of the religion business. What Christian nationalism wants to do is impose the will of a certain brand of Christianity on all the rest of us. I don't think a lot of people really get this this. They think that by legislating Christian values the US will be a much better place. But have they really stopped to think about what will happen to the country if power is in the hands of a few zealots who want to lord it over everyone? The founders are rolling over in their graves. They wanted religious liberty, not religious tyranny.

All right.
I have to admit and i've said it before that the left humor is not always that good.
For example we have some fresh, hot, just came-out-of-the-oven memes from the left today about Trump and pets, which again are funny because the left can't meme.

It's funny but in a super dark way when you realize the side that made their platform about democracy put up Kamala without an election and got endorsed by Putin. Then you realize oh wait a minute, the side that came to power in a very dubious 2020 election and has been acting like a dictatorship puppeting an invalid for the past 4 years ruining your country and your lives by their misrule and corruption was also endorsed by Putin. God help us truly it is not a matter of we want Trump anymore, now we need Trump.
