At that price it would make sense.
I went back to read again and realize this is an auction, so that might be the bottom reserve price.
There would be a thousand developers, homeless from the hurricanes and investors who would be bidding on those for primary construction walls,/ roofs.
If he or his son's were aware of it, I would think they would.

Mayor Eric Adams is becoming very interesting lately. Since the democrats betrayed him months earlier and Trump alone stood up to defend him he has been repenting alot it seems and really speaking out against the foreign invasion. Adams is one to keep an eye on for the great endeavor to exorcize the democrat party and reform them. Potential for leadership material and genuine repenting of the democrats. He's one to keep on the radar for sure.
