Covet?? Am i breaking the law by collecting bibles???

It depends. Do you collect them for a ministry purpose, or just to have them?
The latter is vanity, & possibly hoarding.

The law came by Moses but grace and truth came by JESUS.

If you are under law then you have fallen from grace.

GOD looks at the heart

If you are under grace then you are not under law,meaning that If your heart Is right,you can collect all the bibles you want to collect.

Yes, you are coveting. You should repent, sell them all and give the money to the church.

Both, I feel at times the bible is a necessity and to collect inspires me to learn... Im just going to wait until I get a message from God... I'm thinking in time it will be obvious if can or not...🤔
 
Like everything in this world, moderation is the rule. Also when it comes to other books, keep in mind that its important to regulate what you intake. Not every book that it published as "christian" is actually Christian.
Act accordingly.
