Is there a good cheese alternative??? My daughter had to go gluten/dairy free, so I ordered her some parmesan something something made with...walnuts?
She and her husband and I opened it, tasted it, and threw it out in the yard for the birds. lol

I also am in love with "healthify", OP!
It reminded me that when one of our kids was little she became word-confused and for almost a year asked for second "healthings" at dinner. :)
