Hello to my brothers and sisters in every corner of the world :)

I would love to talk to you about how you see God's Image? How we see God is how we see ourselves, this scripture is proof as it says he created us in his image... So that must mean we look a lot like him!

Identity is everything, If we don't know who we are then we listen to the lies of the enemy that create strongholds in our mind which then lead to sin which is bondage. We must see sin as a complete attack on our identity, its a liar.. I have been in bondage to many things.. I call them addictions but really the are just the manifestations of my mistaken identity, Drugs, Drink, Lust, Money, Pride, ,Posessions, jealousy and many more!

If you are in bondage to anything in your life then I would encourage you to look at the Image you have of your heavenly father.. Because that exact Image will lead the course of your life... Do you believe your father has addictions ? do you believe your father thinks he is ugly and fat and worthless? The answer to everyone of these questions should be of course, NO!! Then who on earth has the right to cause any of these things to manifest in your life ?

John 10:10
The thief comes only in order to steal, to kill and to destroy...
Kill what ? Steal what? Your identity in him !

Jesus goes on to say..
But I came that they might have and enjoy life and have it to the fullest


Dear brothers and sisters you have been created for great things, to live life to the fullest, to enjoy all things..

Because we are created in His image that means we are full of life.. Each and everyone of us carries parts of His character.. who he is..

I see it like this, The creator created me with his divine creativity.. It must mean that I am full of great things.. Because I am just like him

For example I love photography, That must mean he is the ultimate photographer, I love all things hair and makeup, that must mean that he is the ultimate beautician.. All of us are so so different yet he is part of all of us.. You may like cars.. He's the ultimate mechanic.. You may love art.. He's the ultimate Artist.. You may like to laugh a lot like me, that must mean our father is the ultimate Comedian! you get the picture..

Well I know our Father has a great sense of humor and He doesn't love by outward appearance. I am reminded of that every time I look in the mirror.

Great post!...our Father is awesome and we haven't even scratched the surface of what He and our Lord is like.

He looks at you and thinks WOW my beautiful most handsome son.. I'm going to put inside you the love of fishing because I love fishing.. we can spend time doing it together :)

Excellent! My "sole" longs for Him and I always knew He had other "porpoises" for me. We have a "whale" of a time together. I'm always "fishing" for new ways to know Him.
 
"He is the ultimate beautician" that made me smile. lol Its always interesting to see how people define God and the things of God in accordance with their interests. Its like there is so much vocabulary on an individual level that is universally understood. Artists admiring the beauty of God's creation, or singers enjoying the melody of birds. It is so true that in God's creation you can get a glimpse of Him.

If we are good at cooking or enjoy cooking does that make God the best Chef of all time? lol I suppose He designed our taste buds and knew exactly what He was doing in designing the senses (based off of Him, surely) so certain foods would taste certain ways. Hey, whats God's favorite dish? lol

Here is a scripture that shows what our Father is going to be doing for all of eternity. This reveals to me a lot of what His true nature is.

In the ages to come - He will be showing us the surpassing richness of His grace in kindness to us. To stop and ponder the term "surpassing richness of His grace in kindness" - this is mind-blowing. I wonder just how "rich" our Father is?


Ephesians 2:4-7 (NASB)
[SUP]4 [/SUP] But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

[SUP]5 [/SUP] even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

[SUP]7 [/SUP] so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Adam was formed in an image that pleased God. Adams physical image was one the God determined to be good. God is Spirit and has not physical form. Adam was created to love and be loved by God.

Interesting the God withheld the knowledge of good and evil when He created Adam. Adam was uniquely distinct among Gods creation. Made lower than the angels yet Christ left heaven to provide redemption for the now marred and fallen human race.

Adam was made with a need in his heart that only God can fill. All the animals of creation and even Eve taken from his side proved that Adam still needed God for true fellowship and comfort.

If we saw God in our present state we would die. When we see God as he is in our future state, we will bow in honor joy, and see things Adam probably only dreamed of seeing..

God is my abba father, That term really hit home on an NCIS episode where Ziva's dad was shot, and she cried out ABBA!!! with tears of pain..

That is what God is to us..(at least wants to be)

Rom 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

Adam was made in God's image,which is the image of Christ.

God had the plan to come in the future in flesh,before He laid down the foundation of the world,and created Adam in the image that He would show up in the future,and that is the WORD of God,God manifest in flesh.



We are created in God's image,and that image is an innocent nature in flesh,soon to be a glorified body.

Anybody that is not led of the Holy Spirit,is not in the image of God spiritually,but only the physical aspect.

By His light, people so easy coming to the Lord.Thanks the Father for this kind of opportunity for His Kingdom.

He said in ''our'' image. plus theres no way to imagne God so why shouldnt he give us some traits here of that what another doesnt?

God, in His Person, doesn't have a physical body so it is in other intangible ways. He took on a body in the person of Jesus Christ.
