It is just a decorative paper dispenser. I had just copied it from a channel that I sub to and saw your post, so you got it.
They are more of a ladies decorative novelty.

Oh... it's for the ladies... :sneaky:

I wouldn't call that a paper dispenser... if you try to pull a square it'll fall on the floor. More like a useless knick-knack taking up counter space.

Does there exist a lady that doesn't put useless knick-knacks on valuable counterspace?

What's the takeaway?

Soak your berries in salt water or vinegar before eating. The worms should come out.
If they're not organic, I would add baking soda and scrub between your hands. Let soak to remove as many chemicals as possible.

That last one was a simple way to get rid of worms with salt or vinegar.

This next one you might find useful for getting rid of ants.
I have an ant colony that was going after pet food. I realized that I've been using boric Acid wrong. I'll try this and report back to let you know if it works for me.
